About the Authors
With previous experiences at Intelit Smart Group as a Project Management Consultant, Peter Mello returns to the company as a Product Manager for the launch of Brisk PPM (Project Portfolio Management & Benefits Realization solution) to international markets, as well for the combined efforts for integrating new technologies (Dynamic Resource Scheduling).
Founder of Atom Planner, a SaaS company specialized in the integration of technologies for the advancement of Project Management with the application of Dynamic Resource Scheduling, a set of methods, algorithms and math to improve the use of shared resources with direct impact in the total duration of projects.
Due to the experience of more than 30 years acquired with assembly, projects, tests and management of contracts and works in the practical part of eng. electrical, experience gained with legal expert work in more than 18 years, and in the development of innovative engineering techniques and procedures, also gained experience in training and and consulting for more than 15 years, my training proved very useful in action on unusual problems.
Simultaneously investing since 2002 in understanding the best practices of conceptual project management and since 1997, in the application of several management techniques within works and contracts, the specialization in the area of project management arrives in a complementary way to engineering, making the solutions achieve more success.
